GPCL assisted PLS Ramboll Management A/S of Denmark, in carrying out CPAR on behalf of the World Bank in Tanzania. In addition to conducting an Independent Procurement Review on World Bank and other donor funded projects covering over 130 contracts, GPCL also provided “very valuable input to the procedures and practices in sections of the CPAR report” proposing valid recommendations for better procurement governance.
