Against competition, GPCL was appointed by the World Bank to carry out an Independent Procurement Review of 90 contracts selected from Water Supply, Health, Education, Export facility and Pilot Emergency Redeployment Projects. The assignment involved field visits to different regions in Bosnia, where PIUs are located and undertake critical review of documents encompassing procurement process and financial management of contracts selected and submit reports on findings and recommendations.
