Against competition, GPCL was appointed by the World Bank, Washington DC to carry out an IPR of 75 contracts selected from 6 projects related to Agriculture, Highways, Irrigation, and Water Supply sectors in Azerbaijan. The assignment involved field visits and assessment of PIU’s organizational structure and critical review of procurement process and financial management of contracts selected and submission of reports on findings and recommendations.
